For more than 20 years, the VIF Program has helped world-class international educators like you work as teachers in the USA. Through the VIF Program, you'll enjoy the excitement and challenge of teaching abroad in a new culture with the security of a respected organization supporting you.
To be eligible to teach in the United States with VIF, you must have an advanced written and verbal proficiency in English and a teaching or university degree equivalent to a U.S. bachelor's degree. VIF is currently accepting applications from teachers with all levels of experience.
VIF is actively seeking teachers in the following subject areas:
- Elementary Education
- Languages
- English as a Second Language
- Math
- Science
- Special Education
At this time, we are not seeking applicants in other subject areas as there are very limited placement opportunities for the 2009-10 school year.
